I gladly ordered this factory refurbished tablet after reading reviews since they are in good rate.
However, the happiness turned out to be disappointed so fast. I have found lots of finger(w/oil) prints all over the tablet(front and back), pen and mouse. I've also found lots of thin scratches on the surface, and the tip of the pen is worn out! It's a definitely used one for a long time. They are just selling returned items.
One more they cheat on you.
They charge the tax not out of items only, but by shipping and handling together. Why should customers pay the tax of shipping and handling??!!

What an improvement! I didn't think there could be anything to improve but I was dead wrong. The texture of the surface of the tablet has more of a "surface-y" feel than the old plastic and the stylus sensitivity is greatly improved. If you're using a mouse and you've never used a tablet, you'll be shocked at how much your work will improve with a Wacom. (No, I don't work for the company.)
