Comes in left and right. Construction is mediocre, but adequate. Perhaps the next gen is better. The wheel is fragile, so take care in cleaning. It took some getting used to, and did cause slight adjustment discomfort initially. But now, I look forward to using it. Weird, but true. The increased surface area connecting to the hand makes for more sweat. Software works well for controlling sensitivity and such, but is basic and could use more features. No problems with the software in XP. No problems with the mouse working without drivers in Ubuntu or XP.
That sums this mouse up: Great product, good enough, met and surpassed all expectations. Improvements would be making more use of the thumb (more buttons, additional/moved wheel), or even adding a small fan in the huge housing. A tad pricey in my opinion, but I would buy another for my right hand.

The mouse is nice. You should have a table to rest your arm one while using it.
It's very sensitive, but that can be adjusted on your computer.
I have not installed the software for it (I never do, not for mouse nor for keyboards).
I use it with a KVM switch and a USB to PS2 adapter. After being away for the weekend, the mouse is not responding, and I have to unplugg and plugg it again to make it respond. It must be because the LED below has gone to sleep somehow, and I assume the fact that it does not wake up when being moved is likely related to it being used via a KVM switch ?.
I have not read any manuals or contacted support to figure this out, but my guess it that it's not a problem when it's USB connected directly to a computer.
