Unfortunately, once every few hours it decides to take a break. The lights on the buttons stay on, but the cursor quits responding. At which point I have to turn it off and on, and wait for it to start working again. I thought this might be due to a battery or wireless issue. However, when I tried it with the USB cable plugged in, the same problem existed.
Also, the thumb button pad spontaneously quite working yesterday. After rebooting the machine it started working again.
If this were a cheap mouse I wouldn't be surprised. For a $130 mouse, this level of reliability is ridiculous. It's unfortunate that Razer's quality issues spoil an otherwise great product.

What the crap?, August 13, 2011 This review is from: New Razer Mouse RZ01-00510100-R3U1 Razer Naga Epic MMO Gaming Mouse Wireless 2.4ghz 5600dpi Black (Electronics) I just got it a few days ago and after the first day it stops working, in order to click on anything you had to hold the buttons down. The LEDs don't work anymore. I looked online to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue and unfortunately I'm not the only one. So just a warning if you do decide to buy it and it breaks on you. It will take awhile for Razersupport to contact you. I been waiting for 2~3days already. Well, good luck! Hopefully yours will work for you.
